Good software is priced for enterprises
A company that can afford a real engineering team gets software shaped around how it actually works. Everyone else gets a template and is told to change their business to fit it.
About Sarvang Group
Sarvang means all aspects. The group exists because the tools that decide whether a business grows, the software it runs on and the conversations it has with its customers, have always been priced and built for the largest companies in the room. We think that is an accident of history rather than a law of nature.
A company that can afford a real engineering team gets software shaped around how it actually works. Everyone else gets a template and is told to change their business to fit it.
Most businesses still run on calls, and many of those calls go unanswered, unreturned or unlogged. Staffing a phone line properly costs more than the work it brings in.
Work gets passed between an agency, a freelancer and a support vendor, and when it breaks there is no one whose name is on it. The client ends up doing the integration themselves.
The people who write the scope are the people who build it and the people who are still there after it goes live. Nothing is handed to a second company halfway through.
We design around the systems and habits a business already has, rather than asking it to abandon them. The work has to survive contact with how you actually operate.
If only large companies can afford it, we have not solved the problem we set out to solve. Scale is what makes the price possible, so scale is designed in from the start.
Where we came from
Before Sarvang Group there was Your Marketing AI, a platform the same people built and ran, which served more than two thousand businesses. It taught us the thing that shaped this group: the constraint is almost never ambition or appetite, it is access. Thousands of businesses knew exactly what they needed and simply could not buy it at a price that made sense.
Sarvang Group is that lesson turned into a structure. Rather than one product sold to everyone, the group is organised around five pillars, so that the same standard of work can reach whichever aspect of a business needs it. It has two services so far: Sarvang Technologies, which is live today, and jeevan-ai, which is coming soon. The others follow as we are ready to do them properly rather than merely quickly.
The group is led by its two founders, Shivam Gohil, CEO, and Param Sankhavara, CTO and COO. Their story is on the founder page.
The five pillars
The emblem carries five blades, and each one is a part of a business we intend to serve. One is live and one is coming soon. Naming the rest is a commitment, not a roadmap slide.
The systems everything else is built on. Sarvang Technologies runs here, building custom software for teams who need it shaped around their own way of working.
Live today
Machine intelligence put to defined work rather than demonstrated for its own sake. jeevan-ai is the first service here, a voice AI platform for the calls a business cannot staff.
Coming soon
Care and wellbeing, better supported by the systems around them. A pillar we intend to build into rather than one we claim to have solved.
Planned
Growth that is measured and steady, for the business and for the people inside it. Planned.
Planned
Learning that keeps its value after the moment it was needed. Planned.

Where the profit goes
When the year is counted and every expense is settled, every salary, every bill, every cost of keeping the group running, a tenth of whatever profit remains goes out again.
Ten percent of profit, not of revenue. Revenue is the bigger number and the easier headline, and it is the promise that gets quietly dropped the first hard year. We would rather commit to the figure at the bottom of the accounts, because that is the one we can keep in a bad year as well as a good one.
It goes to three things: gaushalas, families who need help, and schooling for children whose families cannot pay for it.
The group is new and has not turned a profit. This begins with the first profit we make, not with an announcement about intending to. We would rather say that here than let anyone assume a record we have not earned.
Each year we will publish what the figure came to and where it went. A promise nobody can check is worth very little, so we intend to make this one checkable.
